Protocol Observed.
Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, Royal Fathers, Esteemed Partners in Purpose. Members of the Press, and all invited guests-
Good morning.
WITH A HEART BOTH HEAVY AND GRATEFUL, I WELCOME YOU ALL HERE TODAY.

Heavy-because I stand before you not only as the Founder and CEO of (WIN), and the Elimh Foundation, not only as the Grand Matron of the Abuja Charity Marathon and International Women Power Conference-but today, I stand before you as a daughter in mourning.
I recently lost not just my mother, but my prayer warrior, my first teacher, my cheerleader, my comforter-Ezinne Priscilla Chinyere (PC) Nwoga)-a woman whose grace, wisdom, and resilience shaped my life and lit my path. She was more than a mother to me-she was the foundation of all I have built, the moral compass that guided my passion for service and compassion.

YET, EVEN IN MOURNING, WE UNITE IN PURPOSE.
In the spirit of her legacy of kindness, healing, and dignity for every soul-I have chosen to turn pain into purpose. And that purpose is what brings us here today: the Medical and Mission of Mercy Outreach in her loving memory.
This is not just an outreach. It is a movement of healing. A call to compassion. An invitation to all of us to stand in the gap for the weak, the vulnerable, the brokenhearted-just as my mother did, quietly but powerfully, in her lifetime.
We are proud to announce that this initiative will bring together doctors, caregivers, volunteers, students, and communities from all walks of life-rising as one, to serve others.
I want to thank each organization represented here:
The Abuja Charity Marathon Ambassadors, International Women Power Conference, NOGALSS, JMA FCT Branch, Hickman Foundation, HamLand, Joint Military and Civilian Widows, the Traders Association of Abuja, the National Union of Polytechnic Students, and many others.
Your support speaks volumes. It proves that service to humanity knows no tribe, no religion, no social class. It simply knows love.
LET ME ALSO SPECIALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE PRESENCE OF:
Our Chairman of the Occasion, HRM Igwe Samuel Ikechukwu Asadu
(Agidigidi)
Royal Father of the Day, HRH Usman Nga Kupi, Emir of Garki Abuja Mother of the Day, Her Royal Majesty Queen Fatu D. Maude, Queen of
Jaba
Your presence today honors not only my mother’s memory, but also the values we all cherish: unity, peace, and shared responsibility.
The main outreach event, scheduled for Saturday, July 5th, at Garki Primary School, is more than a ceremony-it is a chance to change lives. To bring light where there is darkness. To fulfill the scripture that says, “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.”
I invite everyone here, and everyone listening, to be a part of this mission. Join us in honoring a life well lived by becoming a vessel of life for others.
In conclusion, may the soul of my beloved mother, Adaora Ezinne Priscilla Chinyere Nwoga rest in perfect peace. May her legacy continue to inspire us. And may we, in unity and love, carry this torch of compassion forward-lighting the way for generations to come.
Thank you, and God bless you all.
Signed,
High Chief Dr. Chetachi Nwoga Ecton Founder & CEO, WIN and ELIMH Foundation
Grand Matron, Abuja Charity Marathon & International Women Power conference
