Niger State Government said it has put in place machinery to ensure the lingering insecurity challenges bedeviling the state is completely eradicated.
The state Commissioner for home land security Bello Abdullahi Muhammad disclosed this when he appear before the state Assembly committee on security for the year 2025 budget screening.
He said the nuferious activities of criminals who perpetrated evil has reduce drastically as a result of measures put in place by the state government to curb the menace.
According to him two Committee has been constituted to checkmate illegal mining activities in the state.
Chairman House Standing Committee on securing and member representing Lavun constituency Jibril Ndagi Baba lauded the initiative of the government for significantly improving security in the state, assuring that they will come up with legistlations that will support Government’s plans to finding solutions to lasting peace in the state.
