The Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MHWUN), Niger State Council, has felicitated with the Deputy Governor of Niger State, Yakubu Garba, on his 52nd birthday, describing him as a committed public servant and an achiever.
In a statement signed by the State Chairman, Comrade Usman Abubakar Dabban, the Union commended Garba’s dedication to grassroots development, inclusive governance, and his continued support for policies that strengthen healthcare delivery in the state.
The Council noted that the Deputy Governor’s leadership is marked by humility, accessibility, and a strong commitment to workers’ welfare, particularly in the health sector. It also acknowledged his role in fostering harmony between government and organised labour, while wishing him good health, wisdom, and continued success in service to the state and the nation.
