The national secretariat of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, received with deep sadness the news of the passing of the beloved father of our dear South East Zonal Secretary, Comrade Doris Chioma Alex.
On behalf of the National Secretariat, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Comrade Doris, her immediate family, and the entire South East Zone of our dear Association during this moment of grief and loss.
The loss of a father is very profound, as fathers serve as pillars of strength, guidance, wisdom, and inspiration. While no words can fully ease the pain of this separation, we pray that Almighty God grants the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and comfort them with His divine peace.
We take solace in the belief that he lived his life according to God’s will.
May his soul find eternal peace.
