NCWS Nigeria Congratulates New NTA Director-General, Rotimi Pedro, Commends President Bola Tinubu

The National Council of Women Societies (NCWS) Nigeria warmly congratulates Mr. Rotimi Pedro on his recent appointment as the Director-General of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

We commend President Tinubu for this strategic and visionary appointment, which reflects his commitment to revitalizing the nation’s foremost broadcast institution and repositioning it for greater impact in today’s fast-evolving media landscape.

The NCWS is confident that Mr. Pedro, alongside the newly constituted management team—Karimah Bello (Executive Director, Marketing), Stella Din Jacob (Executive Director, News), and Sophia Essahmed (Managing Director, NTA Enterprises Limited) will bring renewed energy, innovation, and professionalism into the Authority, ensuring that the NTA continues to be a strong voice for Nigeria, telling our stories with integrity and excellence.
