The Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Institute for Sports, NIS, Comrade Philip Shaibu, has rewarded Miss Usifoh Godsthought with the sum of five hundred thousand naira for her consistent participation in aerobics exercise.
Shaibu presented the reward to Miss Godsthought shortly after the Tuesday aerobic exercise in recognition of her dedication to the weekly fitness tradition.

He said the gesture is to encourage all staff to prioritize their health and wellbeing.
Aerobics exercise is a tradition that holds every Tuesday and Thursday at NIS offices across the country.
The DG noted that the sessions are designed to keep staff physically active and mentally alert for optimal performance.

Miss Usifoh Godsthought is a staff of NIS where she teaches French.
She has been one of the most regular participants in the aerobics sessions since the program began.
Shaibu said the reward is to encourage every staff member to always use aerobics exercise to keep fit.
He emphasized that a healthy workforce is critical to productivity and effective service delivery at the institute.
The NIS boss further urged other members of staff to emulate Miss Godsthought’s commitment.
He reaffirmed that the institute will continue to promote wellness initiatives that support both staff welfare and institutional growth.
