QUALIFICATION:
Applicant must possess a good degree in relevant field of study with at least 5 years experience in school administration. A master’s degree and any other certificate in Education will be an added advantage.
Further to above, the applicant must be able to;
- Display creativity and innovation in the administration of the school
- Set SMART goals for teachers and other staff
- Design policies, programs, and activities that enhance effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop programs that focus on students’needs, interests, and abilities
- Leverage on technology to facilitate teaching, learning and and administration
6.Foster Strong positive relationship with parents - Foster teamwork, shared responsibilities and open communications among principal, teachers and other staff
- Mentor and coach teachers and other staff to improve on skills and knowledge
- Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and agencies to support students’ learning and development
- Develop a mechanism for students’ feedback
- Generate and use data to make decisions on instructions, resource allocation, and student support
- Establish clear expectations, consequences, and incentives to hold teachers, staff, and students accountable
- Fostera positive school culture by recognizing and celebrating milestones and achievements
