Evang. Emma Menta, a renowned celebrity Pastor of the word granted Weekenders Magazine this Interview. He is a force to be reckoned with on spiritual matters. It is indeed true the saying, that a golden fish has no hiding place, and Evangelist Emma Menta has touched so many lives across the globe and still counting. Meet The Celebrity of This Weekend. He is the Set Man of The Amen Church of Christ, Clapham, North London.

Born on September 9th, 1961, in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, this Urhobo-born evangelist has dedicated his life to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a ministry centered on prayer, prophetic declarations, healing, deliverance, and soul-winning, Evang. Menta has touched countless lives, transforming nobodies into somebodies, zeros into heroes, and learners into leaders.

As he puts it, “My ministry is a PRAYER PROPHETIC healing deliverance Church service. Touching lives, changing lives, making people from nobody to somebody, from zero to heroes, from learners to leaders, from curses to blessings, and most importantly, from pit to Palace.” This anointed man of God has a passion for winning souls, and his message resonates with people from all walks of life.
One of the greatest challenges Evang. Menta faces in his ministry is dealing with people who are stuck in their old ways, despite experiencing transformation. He likens it to “grabbing a pig from a mud, washing and cleaning, placing the pig in a better place, and thereafter seeing them back in the mud.

” According to him, “You can take the pig from the mud, but you certainly can’t take the mud from the pig.” This phenomenon, he notes, is common among people born out of poverty, injustice, and exploitation.
Evang. Menta’s journey into ministry was not without its challenges. He shared that his darkest hour and most difficult times ultimately led to his baptism in the Holy Spirit. “What led me to become a pastor was a very lengthy, painful Jonah’s experience that catapulted me into a very deep, consecrated high-voltage mode.” This experience has given him a unique perspective and authority in his ministry.

As he ministers to people around the world, Evang. Menta has a special burden for those in developed nations like the UK. He notes that it’s ironic that the UK, a nation that once sent missionaries to spread the gospel, now needs a mighty move of God to turn people to Jesus.
“London is a very well-established, educated, developed nation,” he observes. “They were the very first missionaries that promulgated the good news of Jesus Christ, and now the God of the universe has blinded their eyes, lest they see the light and turn to Jesus.”
Despite the challenges, Evang. Menta remains steadfast in his calling. He knows that winning souls in a highly developed and disciplined nation like the UK requires a special anointing. “It’s kind of a very precarious position winning souls in a very highly developed disciplined nation like UK, except Jesus draws them to Himself by name,” he declares.

Through his ministry, Evang. Emma Menta continues to touch lives, change lives, and make people from all walks of life into vessels of honor, fit for the Master’s use. His story serves as a testament to the power of transformation and the impact one person can have on the world.
Evang. Menta is blessed with Children and grandchildren. With him there are no dull moments.
