Captain Chris Najomo the Director General Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the entire Nigerian populace for the team’s impressive performance and resilience in their football journey so far that culminated in 3rd Place.
Speaking to Weekenders Magazine in an exclusive Interview, Capt Najomo stated that the Super Eagles have once again demonstrated the true Nigerian spirit of determination, unity, and excellence, making the nation proud with their display of skill, discipline, and teamwork on the continental stage, AFCON thereby defeating their Opponent Egypt to Place 3rd.
Captain Najomo commended the players, technical crew, and football administrators for their commitment and hard work, noting that their efforts have rekindled hope and national pride among millions of Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.
He further applauded Nigerians who have rewarded the Team and for their unwavering support, prayers, and encouragement for the team, stressing that the Super Eagles’ progress is a reflection of the collective belief of a nation that stands united behind its national team.
“As Nigerians, we are proud of how far the Super Eagles have come. Their journey so far reminds us that with focus, teamwork, and perseverance, we can overcome challenges and achieve greatness,” Captain Najomo stated.
He urged the team to remain focused and encouraged them to keep giving their best as they continue to fly the nation’s flag high, assuring them of the continued support of Nigerians.
