CCSG Celebrates Hon Bello Matawalle on Family Milestones and Leadership Excellence

ABUJA, NIGERIA — The Coalition of Civil Society Groups for Peace, Security, Good Governance, Equity and Justice (CCSG), led by its National Coordinator, Comrade James Okoronkwo, extends its warmest congratulations to the Honourable Minister of State for Defence, Hon. Bello Matawalle, as he celebrates significant family milestones this week.

In a statement issued in Abuja, the Coalition lauded the Minister for his exceptional “marital harmony” and his exemplary role in successfully raising a disciplined family of four wives and thirty children. The group specifically noted the upcoming wedding of some of his children scheduled for this Friday, describing the event as a testament to the Minister’s capacity for mentorship, fatherhood, and domestic stability.

Comrade James Okoronkwo stated: “In Hon. Bello Matawalle, we see a leader who has mastered the art of the ‘Home Front.’ To successfully manage a large, harmonious family while concurrently tackling the complex security architecture of Nigeria is a feat worthy of emulation. His ability to foster peace and unity within his household is a direct reflection of the leadership stability he brings to the Ministry of Defence.”

The Coalition further observed that the Minister’s fathering role is being amplified in his professional life, where he treats the welfare of the Nigerian Armed Forces with the same dedication he gives his own children.

“The discipline, equity, and justice visible in the Matawalle household are the same values holding sway at the Ministry of Defence. As his children enter into holy matrimony this Friday, we pray for continued blessings upon his home and the wisdom for him to continue securing the lives of all Nigerian families under the ‘Renewed Hope’ agenda,” the statement added.

The CCSG concluded by urging other public officials to look toward the Minister’s example of balancing high-level statecraft with strong family values.
