Today, the business and social development community celebrates an exceptional woman whose life and career exemplify the power of knowledge, enterprise, leadership and purposeful service — Mrs. Ngozi Enite-Okoro, a strategic leader, entrepreneur, management consultant, human capital development expert and passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment.
As she marks her birthday today, Mrs. Enite-Okoro is being celebrated not merely for another year added to her life, but for the remarkable impact she continues to make across Nigeria’s business and development landscape.
With more than two decades of professional experience spanning banking, health insurance, information technology, governance, consulting, FMCG and real estate, Enite-Okoro has built a reputation for transforming people, strengthening organisations and helping entrepreneurs move from ideas to structured, sustainable enterprises.
She is the Managing Director/CEO of Tu2Minis Global Services Limited, a management consulting and training organisation focused on entrepreneurial growth, organisational excellence and resilience. She is also associated with Tu2Minis Place Limited, extending her entrepreneurial footprint into the production and development of consumer products.
Perhaps one of her most significant contributions to society is the establishment of the Women Entrepreneurship Workshop (WEW) — a platform designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, structure and regulatory understanding required to build credible and scalable businesses.
Through WEW, Enite-Okoro has championed a powerful message: Nigerian women should not merely establish businesses; they should build businesses that can survive, compete, scale and ultimately access global markets.
The results are tangible. The workshops have helped women entrepreneurs understand business registration, intellectual property, NAFDAC requirements, product compliance and market readiness. At the maiden edition, participating businesses recorded achievements including CAC registrations, trademark applications and NAFDAC certifications. Subsequent editions produced more than 60 reported success outcomes involving trademarks, registered businesses and certified products.
Her influence also extends beyond entrepreneurship. As a board member and governance contributor, she brings her expertise in human capital, organisational development and strategic leadership to institutions working to create stronger communities and better opportunities.
Her professional journey has earned recognition, including an Award of Excellence in Human Resources in 2021, a Decade of Significance Award in 2024, and recognition for her contribution to food security advocacy.
Her emergence as an Associate of WIMBIZ — Women in Management, Business and Public Service further places her within a respected network committed to advancing women’s leadership and influence.
