The Chairman Medical and Health workers Union Niger State Council Comrade Usman Abubakar Dabban, has felicitated with Niger State deputy governor Comrade Yakubu Garba on his 51st birthday.
Comrade Usman Dabban described the state deputy governor as a role model, an icon of hope and a leader who is determined to uphold the rule of law.
He also used the opportunity to appreciate the deputy governor for his immense support and commitment to improving the welfare of health workers across the state as well as the numerous projects he has worked on.
The chairman who also praised the celebrant for his leadership and silence achievements, once again congratulated him on his 51st birthday and pray for Allah to continue to uplift him in all ramifications.
