He noted that Easter serves as a reminder of the possibilities of renewal and transformation, even in the face of challenges.

Reflecting on the significance of Christ’s journey to the cross, he stated that the story of His passion and sacrifice offers timeless lessons in unconditional love, forgiveness, humility, and selflessness. According to him, these virtues remain essential for fostering harmony and compassion within society.
He urged citizens to embody these values in their daily lives and interactions, promoting peace and unity across communities.

Addressing the state of the nation, Prof. Ozekhome observed that Nigeria is at a critical stage that requires collective sacrifice, tolerance, and cooperation. He stressed the need for unity and a shared commitment to national development, urging Nigerians to use the Easter period as a moment for reflection, reconciliation, and renewed dedication to building a better future.

He further encouraged his colleagues, associates, and admirers to let love and kindness guide their actions, noting that the collective effort of citizens is vital to rebuilding the nation and securing a brighter future for generations to come.
