Gov Yisuf Condoles with Prominent Families in Kano

Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, accompanied by his deputy, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, and Speaker Ismail Falgore, paid a condolence visits to the families of several prominent individuals who recently passed away.

The governor’s delegation visited the families of Alhaji Sadauki Kura, former Secretary to the State Government (SSG); Hon. Ali Bala, a former National Assembly Member representing Kumbotso Constituency; and Alhaji Idris Adamu DanKabo, the District Head of Kabo.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Governor’s Spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, on Friday.

The governor also extended sympathies to the families of Alhaji Nawamba, the elder brother of Alhaji Bala Gwagwarwa; Alhaji Ali of Sharada Quarters, who lost his mother; and Alhaji Ali Maitake, whose daughter recently died.

Speaking on behalf of the state government at each of the separate residences, the deputy governor, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, described the deaths as a great loss to Kano State.

He spoke with sympathy about the deceased’s contributions to the development of the state, noting that they would be remembered for a long time.

He prayed to God Almighty to forgive their shortcomings and grant their families the strength to bear the loss of their loved ones.
