The Executive Chairman of Afikpo Local Government Area, Hon Uchenna Nnajiofor Ibiam on Saturday joined other dignitaries to grace the traditional marriage of Miss Amanda Ibe -Enwo
Hon Uche Ibiam attended the event in the company of members of the Local Government Legislative and Executive Arms.
While the bride,Amanda is the daughter of the immediate Past Rector of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana,Ven Dr Ogbonnia Ibe -Enwo and Dr(Dame) Grace Ibe-Enwo, the Groom is the Son of the former Director of Medical Services of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana,Dr.O. O Nnachi & Chief,(Mrs)Ugo Nnachi former Ebonyi State Head of Service.
The Traditional Marriage took place at Devon’s Gate, Mgbom Afikpo and had the member representing Afikpo/Edda Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Chief Idu Igariwey as the Chairman of the Occasion
The event which brought notable personalities from Afikpo and Edda together also had the presence of the ALGON Chairman and Executive Chairman,Ezza North LGA,Hon Chief Moses Ogodo-Ali; Executive Chairman of Edda LGA, Hon Prince Chima Ekuma Nkama; past and present House of Assembly Members; past and present Exco members; Anglican Priests; former Council Chairmen; the Polytechnic Community; Royal Fathers; members of the Nigerian Bar Association; Bankers; Business Magnets;family members; friends and well wishers.
