Hope Raisers Global Foundation Launches Nationwide Christmas Outreach

In the spirit of the season, Project Christmas With Hope 2025 is set to bring warmth, food, and joy to families across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Spearheaded by Hope Raisers Global Foundation with Dr. Uadiale as Chairperson of the project and a Board of Trustees member of the Hope Raisers Global Foundation (HRGF), the initiative reflects a powerful theme: Lighting Up Lives, A Christmas of Hope and Unity. This year’s edition is more than an outreach—it is a movement uniting NGOs, volunteers, and communities in the fight against hunger and deprivation.

From the bustling streets of Lagos to the IDP camps of Borno, and the riverine communities of Bayelsa to the farmlands of Benue, Project Christmas With Hope has evolved into a coordinated, grassroots operation. Partner NGOs in all 36 states and the FCT have committed to leading localized Christmas drives, distributing raw food, provisions and condiments to households in need.

Each state team is mobilized to reach the most vulnerable—internally displaced persons, widows, orphans, people living with disabilities and households struggling with daily survival. What began as a modest outreach has grown into a nationwide humanitarian network driven by collaboration and compassion.

The 2025 target is ambitious yet achievable: to reach over 50,000 vulnerable individuals and families across Nigeria.

The project goes beyond relief; it aims to restore dignity and kindle lasting hope.

“We are not just feeding people; we are building hope and strengthening communities,” Dr. Uadiale affirmed. “Every meal shared, every child’s smile, is a reminder that together we can rewrite stories of despair into stories of courage.”

Nigeria faces mounting economic and humanitarian challenges. Inflation, unemployment, and displacement continue to drive more families below the poverty line.

According to recent UN data, over 26 million Nigerians face food insecurity, with millions of children suffering from acute malnutrition. Amid such hardship, Project Christmas With Hope 2025 arrives as a lifeline—offering not only food but also emotional and social renewal.

The initiative underscores HRGF’s mission to fight poverty, lack, and hunger through empowerment, advocacy, and community-driven solutions. For many recipients, these interventions mean far more than material support; they represent a chance to celebrate Christmas with dignity, to feel seen and valued in a society that too often overlooks its most vulnerable members.

Hope Raisers Global Foundation is calling on corporate organizations, philanthropists, donor agencies, and individuals—both at home and in the diaspora—to join in funding and supporting this year’s campaign.

Donations can cover food items, provisions, Condiments and logistics. The Foundation also welcomes partnerships that bring in expertise, transportation, and volunteer manpower to strengthen on-ground implementation. “This project belongs to all of us,” Dr. Uadiale emphasized. “Every contribution, whether ₦5,000 or ₦5 million, feeds a family and fuels a nation’s hope.

Collaboration is how we build a Nigeria where kindness becomes culture.” Contributors and volunteers can reach the Foundation directly via hrgfoundation@gmail.com
