I plead with Governor Elect to Consider Women in His Cabinet – Hon Lea Solomon

The House of Representatives aspirant in the just concluded Nigeria elections, Hon. Lea Olusiyi Solomon have pleaded with the Governor elect Lt. Colonel Agbu Kefas (Rtd), to consider women when forming his cabinet.

She made the plea while speaking with our Correspondent in jalingo.

“Elections have come and gone, the Governor elect should carry everybody along not minding whether they voted him or not.

“The consideration of Women known as Gender inclusion would be greatly appreciated. Working with Women would be very credible enough.

“Already, we have gotten Two Women elected into the Taraba State House of Assembly for Bali 1 Hon. Veronica Alhassan and Hajiya Batulu Mohammed, for Gashaka State Constituencies.

“I want to appeal to the Governor elect that there are some people whom work hard to see that he scale through, he should consider them.

She urge Tarabans to embrace the Governor elect by giving him useful advise and suggestions so as to achieve a good results of taking the state to higher level.

“The government should avoid listening to gossip. We don’t need it at this time. We want both Christian Muslims to embrace everyone and we can make good governance – she said.
