The festival, which was held after eight years, honored four prominent Lagosians: Brigadier-General Mobolaji Johnson, Alhaji Lateef Jakande, Sir Michael Otedola, and Alhaja Abibatu Mogaji, mother of President Bola Tinubu.

The Coalition of Civil Society Groups for Peace, Security, Good Governance, Equity and Justice is giving a big shoutout to Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Jimoh Moshood, for keeping things peaceful during the festival. The group’s National Coordinator, Comrade James Okoronkwo, praised CP Moshood’s diligence and modern policing strategies, which ensured the festival’s success.
