The Executive and entire members of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists Cross River State Chapter heartily congratulates Ntunkae Offiong Ani Offiong , Mrs Glory Odu- Ojii and Mr Eyo Ekpe Offiong as they assume this enviable status and peak of their career as Permanent Secretary in Cross River state.
NAWOJIANS are proud of this greatness and are confident that as veteran journalists, prolific writers and of course seasoned broadcasters, the people’s First government of Senator Bassey Otu is about witnessing experience hands on deck with immeasurable wealth of experience working to move Cross River State to the next level.
NAWOJ also commends Governor Bassey Otu and his dear wife Eyoanwan for being gender friendly by giving Women opportunity to serve as Permanent Secretaries, this for us speaks volume even as we look forward to more of women’s representation especially in the forth coming Local Government elections.
The Association believes strongly that the newly sworn in Permanent Secretaries will demonstrate the virtues of steadfastness, resilient, and hard work in carrying out the onerous task of building Cross River State and by extension Nigeria.
