The Chairperson of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), FCT Chapter, Comrade Bassey Ita-Ikpang, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful, journalists, and partners on the occasion of Eid celebration.

In a goodwill message, the Chairperson described Eid as a significant period of reflection, sacrifice, and renewed commitment to the values of compassion, unity, and service to humanity.
She noted that the season offers an opportunity to strengthen bonds of togetherness and promote mutual support, particularly in challenging times.
Comrade Ita-Ikpang also commended members of the association for their resilience, dedication, and professionalism in advancing responsible journalism, promoting gender equity, and upholding ethical standards in the media profession.
She further appreciated partners and stakeholders for their continued collaboration and support, which she said remain essential to achieving shared goals of development and progress.
The NAWOJ FCT Chairperson expressed hope that the celebration would bring peace, joy, and abundant blessings to all, while encouraging renewed commitment to truth, service, and humanity.
She prayed, wishing for peace, happiness, and prosperity. Also prayed that the season brings joy, love, and fulfillment to all. Eid Mubarak to all Muslim faithful.
