NAWOJ Pledges Support for Minister of Women Affairs

During a visit to the Women Development Center in Abuja, NAWOJ’s National Chairperson, Hajia Aisha Ibrahim, pledged the organization’s solidarity with the Minister, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in driving positive change for Nigerian women.

The Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, has been working tirelessly to advance women’s empowerment and development initiatives in Nigeria. Her efforts include launching initiatives such as the Women Entrepreneurs and Innovators for Development (WEIDE) Fund and the Women’s Agro Value Expansion (WAVE) Programme, aimed at empowering women economically and promoting their participation in agriculture and other sectors ¹.
