Resident Ambassador SOAD, Visit The Prelate PCN, His Eminence Rev Dr Ekpenyong Akpanika

A SPEECH PRESENTED BY THE NATIONAL COORDINATOR OF CHILD EDUCATION AND CRIME ERADICATION FOUNDATION (CECEF) AND THE RESIDENT AMB OF THE STATE OF THE AFRICAN DIASPORA (SOAD) DURING A WORKING VISIT TO THE PRELATE AND THE MODERATOR OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF NIGERIA, HIS EMINENCE REV DR EKPENYONG AKPANIKA IN HIS OFFICE IN CALABAR CROSS RIVER STATE NIGERIA DATED 8TH OF MAY, 2024

All protocols observed, we bring you greetings from the entire team of the South West and African Forum Federation, (SWAFF) Federation is a Pan-African International Organization in Corporation with the state of the African Diaspora (SOAD) & African Union (AU’s) 6th Region.

Over the decades, it has become most denting to sadly watch Africans especially their children and women being deprived of their rights, dehumanized discriminated, oppressed, battered, memorized, and leaving them homeless, hopeless and severely disorganized in a state of quasi-mental disability.

Our effort is to work to reveal the cultural identity of Africa and the realization of various projects for the development of Africa.

We are involved in the process of restoring Africa’s properties and welcoming African Nationals living in the Diaspora and we deeply seek to restore the culture and traditional heritage of African and African Diaspora.

Therefore, one is greatly amazed at the obvious societal ignorance and neglect of the very future hope and vehicle of human reproduction.

As a result, Africans are stricken with poverty and most often death. It is in the spirit of the above concern that we in Cecef through Amb. Evelyn Eyo honesty II and other local and International Personalities decide to allow the partnership, coalition, collaboration, and Proper Corporation with state of the African Diaspora (SOAD) the 6th Region of the African union (AID), the south west and African form federation (SWAFF).

Indigenous Kingdom Federation (IKF) to among other things, work for the benefit of men, women and children all over the world without regard for ethnicity or region, to protect their lives and rights, to improve the quality of life of Africans and advance their working knowledge in the fields of general education professional education, skill acquisition and in developing a culture of heritage and peace, to prevent violence, Banditry, injustice devaluing from discrimination and social inequality.

The plight of Africans indigenous communities displaced by wars, communal crises, conflicts and others caused by religion, culture, tradition etc. has poised CECEF  and Partners and its abilities to embrace every Africans across the Global both victims and non-victims of this un-holy treatment.

Several schemes has been put in place by this organization to better the lots of our community members like micro credit schemes, political empowerment funds, for women, youth skill acquisition schemes, youth entrepreneur scheme, job information bank, pad bank in schools and other schemes to liberate Africans and west Africans to alleviate their suffering.

African culture and tradition that was forgotten has to be restored and it heritage must be returned that is the objective of the 6th region of the African union.

Sir, it is pertinent to inform you of our completed projects of skill training centers in counties in Africa-Mombasa-Kenya, Entebbe in Uganda and creek town in Cross River State, Bekwara in Cross River, to mention but a few. Apart from the communities and kingdoms who have benefited in other schemes in CECEF, Soad, swaff & IKF, we intend to extend CECEF gestures to all west African countries the other religion organizations as our effort to actualize our 2027 sustainable development goal (SDGs) thereby, building a world peace through the Africans in the diaspora and the diaspora in African.      

SPECIFIC AREAS OF COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT INCLUDES 

Moral support, logistics, mobilization to facilitate the tour of the communities in Nigeria and come out with a 5 year (2025-2030) strategic plan which will assist soad/swaff and IKF to know areas of supporting communities in Nigeria.

The said assignment must be completed by the Nigeria team before December, 2025, when the entire regional ministers and prime minister will meet in Nigeria during the celebration of the world indigenous peoples day, where they will allocate funds to all the indigenous communities and regions including Nigeria.

INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY IN CONFLICT SITUATION AND PEACEKEEPING. (CECEF INITIATIVE)    

It is also in our plan of action that “CECEF and Partners Taskforce” called (indigenous people’s corp) for community conflict situation and peace keeping would be installed. The main objective of this taskforce is to increase the level of intelligence information gathering which can support the villages and their communities on inflow of non-indigene and bandit, to curtail conflict and banditry and post conflict reconstruction to pay attention to the security of our communities and our culture and historical background.

In view of your commitment to the eradication of poverty and empowerment of the youth and children by creating a skill acquisition unit in your church, we have no doubt in our minds that our request of collaboration and partnership shall be greatly obliged.

Furthermore, we also want to intimate you of our skill trainers who will be graduating this year who need to be empowered in order to be  independent, we wish to request for logistics in this direction.

It is in the light of the above that we solicit your collaboration and support for the CECEF and its partners which is 24 years old since it’s established and registered in Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria the most populous nations in African.
