Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu Felicitates former Governor of Imo state, Chief Ikedi Ohakim on the celebration of his birthday.
Chief Ohakim is a decent politician whose style of politics is contagious and developmental. As Commissioner in the state, Chief Ohakim assisted the then Governor of Imo state, Senator Evan Enwerem to realize his objectives in office.
Though, despite his goodwill, his decent political style and development driven policy was misconstrued by mischief makers, who erroneously blackmailed him. Today, his image has been redeemed as one of the Governors in Imo state that worked assiduously to give the state a face lift.
Chief Ohakim is known for his leadership policy of “cleanlines is next to Godliness” which he used, through the office of his Adviser on Environment “Clean and Green” to secure a distinction for the capital of Imo state as the most cleanest capity city in Nigeria for three consecutive times.
On behalf of the people of Amaimo, the entire Anyanwu dynasty and members of Peoples Democratic Party in the state, Senator Anyanwu wishes Chief Ohakim long life, prosperity, more wisdom, good health and longivity to continue to do the work of God and humanity.
