The Nigerian Youth Organisation for Leadership and Right Activation has honoured the Chairman of Niger Foods, Mr. Sammy Adigun, with an award in recognition of his contributions to youth development and nation building. Speaking during the presentation the President of the organisation, Comrade Abdullahi Mustaph, described Mr. Adigun as a distinguished Nigerian whose contributions continue to positively impact youths across the country.

The organisation stated that the award was part of its commitment to recognising individuals and corporate bodies supporting the welfare and advancement of Nigerian youths and students. It noted that the body, which operates across the six geo-political zones and the Federal Capital Territory.
The group further outlined some of its planned initiatives, including campaigns against illiteracy, drug abuse, and HIV/AIDS, as well as programmes aimed at ensuring the security of lives and property. It appealed to individuals, corporate organisations, and government at all levels to support its activities financially and materially in order to improve educational opportunities and the overall wellbeing of young Nigerians.
Responding, the Chairman of Niger Foods, Mr. Sammy Adigun, expressed appreciation to the Nigerian Youth Organisation for Leadership and Right Activation for honouring him with an award in recognition of his contributions to youth empowerment and national development. He described the recognition as an encouragement to continue supporting programmes that promote education, peace, and community growth across the country.
Mr. Adigun noted that the award was not only a personal achievement but also a reflection of the dedication and commitment of the management and staff of Niger Foods. He reaffirmed the company’s readiness to collaborate with organisations and institutions whose initiatives are focused on improving the welfare of Nigerian youths and advancing national development.
