So Weekenders magazine’s Sharon Akuboh caught up with the CEO of Helping Hands International, her fellow Kogi sister who has touched millions of lives, especially widows through this project. It is her 50th birthday on July 2023, here is the interview.
“In this joyous day of my 50th birthday, I humbly approach Your throne of grace with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. Lord, I want to express my deepest appreciation for Your unwavering love and for the precious gift of life”. Dr Jumai Agadi said.
“In Your infinite wisdom and boundless mercy, You have watched over me throughout the years. You have guided me through countless trials, blessed me with immeasurable joy, and carried me through the darkest of valleys. Today, I stand before You as a testament to Your faithfulness and the indescribable beauty of Your divine plan”.
Dr Ahmad says “Lord, I acknowledge that every breath I take is a precious gift from You. You have protected me from harm, granted me health and strength, and granted me the opportunities to grow and thrive. As I reflect on the past half-century of my life, I am reminded of Your everlasting presence and provision. You have never forsaken me, and I am eternally grateful”.
Today, I pray for Your continued guidance and protection in the coming years. Grant me the wisdom and discernment to make choices that honor You and bless others. Pour out Your grace upon me and fill my heart with love, compassion, and kindness. Help me to live a life worthy of Your calling and to be a vessel of Your light to those around me.
Hear her,”Lord, I also pray for those who have not been as fortunate as me. May Your love and mercy shine upon them, bringing hope and healing to their lives. Give me the wisdom to show Your love to others, to extend a helping hand, and to be a source of comfort and encouragement to those in need”.
As I celebrate this milestone birthday, I offer my praise and worship to You, the giver of life. May my life be a living testament of Your love and grace. Guide me, Lord, in all that I do, and may I always seek Your will above my own.
I offer this prayer of thanksgiving and supplication to You, O Lord, on my 50th birthday. Thank You for preserving my life, and may I continue to shine Your light and bring glory to Your name.

It is the birthday of Comrade Emmanuel Ogbeche’s second mother Dr Jumai Ahmad I and we join him to celebrate his mother’s Golden moment in style. “I pray that God blessed you for all you and your family have done, and continue to do for humanity. May you keep ageing gracefully” he prayed.
