Ogodo Ali Nomeh, the Executive Chairman of Ezza North Local Government Area in Ebonyi State, has joined other well-meaning Ebonyians in praising the programs and policies of the state government under Governor Francis Nwifuru, which have positively impacted the lives of the people.

Speaking to journalists in Ebiaji, the headquarters of Ezza North local government, Ogodo Ali highlighted one of Nwifuru’s significant achievements during his two years in office: restoring peace across the state.

The council chairman also took the opportunity to outline some of his accomplishments in office, which include building concrete roads, bridges, and boreholes, as well as renovating the magistrate court at Achiegu and constructing classroom blocks with headmaster quarters.

He commended the governor for his innovative leadership and urged the people of Ebonyi to continue their support for him.

“We have many reasons to be very happy with this government. Firstly, they have restored peace throughout the state. Secondly, they are undertaking major projects.

“In front of my local government, there is a gigantic building being constructed by the state government. This is the Junior Secondary School, and similar constructions are happening in five locations across Ezza North.

“All the traditional rulers now have access roads leading to their compounds, and they are also building palaces for each traditional ruler, of which there are 14 in Ezza North.

“The state government has appointed four sons of the Ezza nation as commissioners, and they are all returning home with brand-new Jeeps, among other benefits. We are happy because we believe that this man is a gift from God to the people of Ebonyi.

“We are pleased to associate ourselves with him”. He said.
