The Executive Director , Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Center, CISLAC Malam Auwal Ibrahim Musa (Rafsanjani) has assured the leadership of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists NAWOJ, his readiness to partner the group, following the visit of NAWOJ to seek collaboration in the area of training of women journalists.
Mr Rafsanjani said CISLAC had collaborated with NAWOJ in the past and is ready to continue with the partnership. He said the mandate of NAWOJ is very relevant to the work CISLAC does and commended the association for being a dependable partner over the years.
In a related development, the President of NAWOJ, Aisha K. Bura, accompanied by the National Secretary, Wasilah Ladan, visited the National Secretariat of NAWOJ, on Thursday, 18th January, 2024. They were received and conducted round by staff of the Secretariat; Mrs Linda Nwafor and Ms Mary Dofan Angwe.
