Delayed Bonuses : Unkept Promises to Super Eagles Players Bad for Nigeria’s Image…Tex Egbedi

The issue of delayed bonuses to the Super Eagles players has been criticized by style mogul cum football buff Mr Egbedi CEO Texen Texen limited who says it’s bad for Nigeria’s image. He emphasizes that the players bring joy to the nation and must be respected.

Dr Egbedi notes in an exclusive interview with Cerutti Media that the players are doing their best on the pitch, and it’s essential the government and relevant authorities keep their promises. “Unkept promises can demotivate the players and affect their performance,” he warns.

The Super Eagles are set to face Morocco in the AFCON 2025 semifinals, and Dr Egbedi wishes them luck. “I trust them to do their best and make Nigeria proud,” he says.

Dr Egbedi’s comments come as the players struggles to get their payment of their bonuses. The issue has sparked concerns about the treatment of Nigerian athletes and the need for better management of sports funds.
