The Dr Emma Njoku Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, indigenous organization established in Nigeria with the core mandate of impacting positively on humanity, focusing on three (3) broad areas, namely; Education, Health, and Humanitarian interventions, particularly in Nigeria.
The Foundation is a registered incorporated trustee with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria, and was incorporated since July 11,2012.Founded by Mr. Emmanuel Njoku, Esq. whose sole aim is to alleviate the pains of the needy. Over the years, the Foundation has continued to actively champion humanitarian interventions across the country.

Programmatically, the Foundation in the last four years has successfully concluded four (4) editions of Medical Outreach, where over 4,000 participants have directly benefited from the expertise and care of well-trained medical personnel. Similarly, the Foundation have partnered with seasoned organisation and institutions across the world.
In 2023 Easter period, the Foundation partnered with Mbaise USA to deliver Medicare to the people of Mbaise in the three local government areas of Mbaise, in Imo State Nigeria. The Foundation has partnered with notable institutions such as, Prezzo Shed Investments Ltd, B-Medical systems, and Keuhne + Nagel; all reputable institutions in healthcare and logistics management.

The Foundation has invested in two editions of Prison (Correctional Custodial centre ) outreach in Kuje and Suleja custodial centres, where over 1000 inmates participated in the project, also, the Foundation has carried out outreaches in mental health advocacy, donated two container load of educational materials and medical equipment’s to education and health institutions in Imo State the through the Ministries of Education and Health, Imo State.

Regardless, the Foundation in 2025, made a cautious decision to support the efforts of the Federal Government in poverty reduction and employment generation, thereby investing in the training of 300 Nigerians at the first instance in Agri-produce training, therefore, equipping Nigerians with self-sustaining skills, reducing unemployment in the society and ensuring sustainable food production.
