The race for the position of Zone 12 Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) has received a major boost, and got more interesting, following the entrance of a former Deputy Governor from one of the northern states into the contest.

This development has further underscored the growing relevance, credibility, and national recognition of the PCRC as a leading organization committed to promoting community policing, peaceful coexistence, and effective security collaboration across Nigeria.
Alh Abdulmalik Mahmood, has served 3 terms of 12 years as Local Government Chairman, 8 Years as Deputy Governor, to Give Adamu Mu’azu. He is the Baraden Katagum. With this rich Resume, he stands a better chance of emerging victorious.
Stakeholders and observers have described the participation of such a prominent political figure as a strong reflection of the confidence influential Nigerians continue to place in the PCRC.
