With a heart full of gratitude and deep appreciation, I wish to extend my sincere thanks to the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), FCT Chapter, Comrade Grace Ike, for her exceptional leadership, moral support, and encouragement during my recent attempt at the Longest Interviewing Marathon.

Comrade Grace Ike, your steadfast belief in the power of journalism, your commitment to excellence, and your willingness to stand with your members, especially during defining moments such as this did not go unnoticed. Your presence, both in spirit and in action, was a source of strength and inspiration throughout the entire journey. Thank you for showing what true leadership looks like.

To the entire Executive Council (EXCO) of the NUJ FCT Chapter, I am deeply appreciative of your solidarity, coordination, and overwhelming support. The unity, encouragement, and assistance provided by each of you contributed immensely to the success and endurance of this marathon attempt. Your dedication to the profession and to supporting one of your own speaks volumes of your character and leadership.

My profound thanks also go to every member of the NUJ FCT Chapter, from senior colleagues to fellow comrades who supported in one way or another. Whether it was through your physical presence, logistical support, media coverage, words of encouragement, prayers, or simply spreading the word, each act of support played a crucial role and will forever be remembered.

This journey was not mine alone, it was a collective effort powered by a community that believes in excellence, perseverance, and the spirit of journalism. Attempting such a record-breaking feat was no easy task, but your unwavering support reminded me at every stage that I was not alone.

May the Lord in His infinite mercy bless every one of you. May He reward your kindness, your time, and your belief in this vision. I pray for continued growth, peace, and progress within the NUJ FCT Chapter and in the lives of all its members.

Let us continue to lift one another and uphold the values that make journalism a noble and impactful profession.

With deep respect and appreciation,
Livinus Chibuike Victor
