NAWOJ FCT Congratulates Re-Elected FCTA Chapel Chairman

The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), FCT Chapter, has congratulated Comrade Ngozi Uloma Ufomba on her successful re-election as Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), FCT Administration (FCTA) Chapel.

In a congratulatory message signed by the Chairperson of NAWOJ FCT, Bassey Ita Ikpang, the association described Ufomba’s re-election as a strong vote of confidence in her leadership, commitment and dedication to the welfare and professional development of members.

NAWOJ FCT commended the achievements recorded during her first tenure, noting that her commitment to members’ welfare, professionalism and service to the Chapel played a significant role in the confidence reposed in her by her colleagues.

The association expressed confidence that Ufomba would build on the successes of her first tenure and record even greater achievements in her second term.

According to NAWOJ FCT, “We trust in her capacity to provide inclusive, transparent and accountable leadership while advancing the welfare and professional interests of members.”

The association also congratulated the other female journalists of the FCTA Chapel who emerged victorious in the election, describing their victories as a source of pride and encouragement to women journalists.

NAWOJ FCT urged the newly elected female leaders to continue making meaningful contributions to the growth and development of the Chapel and the journalism profession.

“As you begin another chapter of service, we wish the entire FCTA Chapel leadership a successful and impactful tenure,” the association stated.

It further expressed the hope that the new leadership would promote unity, progress, professionalism and improved welfare for all members.

“Congratulations once again, Comrade Ngozi Uloma Ufomba. We are proud of you and wish you a most successful second tenure,” NAWOJ FCT said.
