In the face of the recent kidnap of a female journalist in broad daylight, Congress called for increased advocacy to stem the tide of insecurity, especially by kidnappers and one chance operators in the FCT. To this effect, the FCT Administration should address transportation challenges in the FCT. It has been noted that most cars committing crimes in the FCT do not have FCT plate number.
