Following the approval by the Governor of Niger state Mohammed Umar Bago on the appointment of Mall. Farouq Umar Isah as the Substantive Clerk the House, the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Abdulmalik Mohammad Sarkin -Daji, Leadership and Members of the 10th Assembly earlier today confirmed the appointment of Mall. Farouq Umar Isah as the new Clerk of the House at its Executive Session.
These was disclosed by the Chairman of Niger State House of Assembly Service Commission, Hon. Abdullahi Mohammed Dzwafu during the official presentation of appointment letter to the newly appointed Clerk of the House at the State Assembly on monday.
The Chairman after his presentation Congratulated the newly appointed , saying the Commission and the Assembly look forward to working with him and hope he would bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his new responsibilities,
While appealing to witness a lot of improvement in the Assembly.
In his acceptance speech, the newly appointed Clerk of the House , Mall. Farouq Umar Isah, thanked the Governor for the appointment, he assured the Chairman and Members of the Assembly Service Commission for the opportunity given to him and pledge to do his best in the discharge of his new assignment.
