The Deputy Governor of Niger state Comrade Yakubu Garba has praised Prof. Muhammad Bashar Nuhu on his new appointment as the Executive Director and Member of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC).
In a statement signed by the press secretary to the deputy Governor Ummikhatume Abdullahi Kuta on Friday said Prof. Nuhu is an exemplary icon whose pool of experiences will undoubtedly contribute immensely to the development of the Commission and realising its set mandate.
Comrade Garba, also employs Prof. Nuhu to use his wide knowledge both as an educationist and administrator in contributing meaningful ideas that will galvanize milestone achievements in the NCDC.
He prays that Allah will strengthen and guide him on his new assignment, trusting that the formation and calibar of the Commission’s appointees will bring about the needed transformation of the North central region and other productive engagement.
The Deputy Governor also assured him of this present government’s commitment in supporting all initiatives and activities of the NCDC fashion for the growth of Niger and other states of the Commission.
