By Sharon Akuboh

Ahead of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) 2023 triennial delegates conference, the Deputy Editor of Blue Print Newspaper, Mrs Chizoba Ogbeche, on Friday, October 13, 2023, obtained the nomination form to contest for the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) Vice President, Zone D (North Central).

Mrs Ogbeche in a Post released on Facebook, Weekenders gathered that she said ” im overwhelmed by the show of support by my colleagues, especially the FCT Chapter, towards my aspiration to seek elective office in our esteemed Association”.

She announced that “am indeed overwhelmed by our Campaign DG, Gloria Essien, and our friends (who are still shrouded in mystery) who spared their hard-earned money in this economic crunch to pay for the form.
I am really grateful, and pray God to replenish your purses in Jesus Christ Name. Amen”.

“As we await the clearance and publication of the list of candidates for the election and campaigns, we will continue consultations with our sisters, colleagues, and friends, especially in the states that make up the North Central. May God make it easy, Amen”.

By God’s grace, victory will be ours.
