The National Secretariat of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, has extended warm congratulations to the Deputy National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Dr. Abimbola Oyetunde, following the successful wedding ceremony of her daughter Tomilola, held recently in Canada.
In a goodwill message signed by the National Secretary of NAWOJ, Wasilah Ladan, the association described marriage as a sacred institution built on love, understanding, and mutual respect.
NAWOJ noted that although the congratulatory message came a little late, members of the association across the country joined in celebrating the joyous milestone with Dr. Oyetunde and her family.
The association prayed for God’s continuous blessings upon the newlyweds, asking for a home filled with peace, unity, love, children and lasting happiness.
“May this union bring continued joy to your family, and may God grant you good health, abundant blessings, and many happy returns in the years ahead,” the statement read.
NAWOJ further wished the couple a blissful and fulfilling married life, while congratulating Dr. Oyetunde on the successful celebration of her daughter’s wedding ceremony.
