NAWOJ Zone D Commiserates with Chairperson FCT NAWOJ over demise of Princess Ayi

NAWOJ VP condoles FCT chapter on member’s death

The Vice President, Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Zone D, Mrs. Chizoba Ogbeche, commiserates with the Chairperson, executive, and members of NAWOJ FCT Chapter on the death of one of her members, Princess Ayi.

The zone received with sadness the news of her death after a protracted illness and prays the good Lord to grant the chapter and members of her family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Princess Ayi was an intellectual and contributed immensely to the journalism profession and the Association.

She would be remembered for her many contributions including her advocacy for the regulation of private schools, especially as it concerns arbitrary fee hike at the last congress of the chapter, which she attended despite her health challenges. Princess Ayi was a Publisher, a JCI Senator. Past President JCI Ikoyi.

She will greatly be missed. May God grant her eternal, Amen.
