“The Executive Secretary of Kano State and Culture Bureau, Arch Ahmad Abba Yusif was awarded the prestigious Honorary Fellow of the Society of Nigerian Artists (HFSNA) during the International Convention on Arts Development (CONADEV) 2023, held on Thursday 9/11/2023 at the Art Exhibition Pavilion, Abuja.
The award was presented by The General Manager and Chief Executive officer of National Theater, professor Enessi Ododo in recognition of Arc. Ahmad Abba Yusif ‘s outstanding contributions to art development in Kano State and Nigeria. This award is a great honor to the Executive Secretary and the Bureau.
The Executive Secretary Arc Ahmad Abba Yusif expressed his gratitude and pleasure upon receiving the award, and promised to continue to assist the Society of Nigerian Artists in its mission to promote art development in Nigeria.
He added that the award would serve as an inspiration for him to continue working hard for the people of Kano State and for the advancement of Arts in Nigeria”.
The Executive Secretary was accompany with the Director of Arts and culture Sa’adatu Sunusi Bayero, Director Admin and General Service Umar Hamisu and other staff.
