The Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has taken a significant step towards improving the welfare of teachers in primary and secondary schools across the state. The governor has approved a N200 million vehicle loan scheme for teachers, designed to ease transportation challenges and enhance their productivity.

- Distribution of N2.8 billion worth of instructional materials
- Recruitment of 4,000 BESDA staff
- Deployment of 17,600 school security guards
- Solarization of 200 schools with digital learning tools
