History was made when Dr Mrs Elizabeth Obiageri Ibiam, FCNA, emerged the Chairman of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Ebonyi State Branch in a keenly contested election of the Association held today, Thursday, 5th December, 2024 at San Diego Hotels, Abakaliki.
Before this fete, Dr Elizabeth Ibiam, has over the years, served the Association in various capacities at State, Zonal and National levels. The positions held at the Branch Level were Vice Chairman for two tenures of two years, each, and Coordinator of Professional Women Accountants in Nigeria (PROWAN), Ebonyi State Chapter.
She was the immediate past Treasurer, Ebonyi State Branch, the current Secretary of PROWN at the Branch and the Treasurer at the South-East Zone. She served at the National Levels on Council Committee on Imaging and Governance, and currently, on the National Conference, Worships and Publicity Committee.
She this election, she is now elevated to the position of Chairman of Ebonyi State Chapter to the glory of God. Congratulations to her. And wishing her a successful tenure.
