The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) has congratulated veteran media professional, Chief Moji Makanjuola, on her induction as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

In a congratulatory message issued by its National Chairperson, Hajia Aisha Ibrahim, through the National Secretariat, NAWOJ described the honour as a well-deserved recognition of Chief Makanjuola’s outstanding contributions to journalism and public relations.
Hajia Ibrahim noted that the fellowship is a strong affirmation of Chief Makanjuola’s lifelong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and impactful storytelling. She commended her for her remarkable role in shaping narratives within the media space and advancing public health communication in Nigeria.
NAWOJ further highlighted that Chief Makanjuola’s career continues to serve as an inspiration to women journalists across the country, encouraging them to lead with purpose, courage, and distinction.
“This milestone is richly deserved, and we celebrate you today as a true icon of our profession,” the statement read.
The association also acknowledged her enduring influence, describing her voice, vision, and legacy as invaluable to the growth of journalism and public communication.
